Plan & Billing
The Plan & Billing section is where you review the financial side of your Trading Metrics subscription. It brings together your wallet balance, active plan details, available features, and your payment history in one place.
Wallet
The wallet card shows your current available balance. This is the amount available for plan upgrades, added features, or future charges. It helps you understand whether you have enough credit to top up or maintain your current subscription.
Top up your wallet
Select Top up on the wallet card to open the top-up dialog. You can choose the amount you want to add: $10, $20, $29, $50, $100, $250, $500, or $1000. Review the warning carefully, then select Continue to top up to proceed to the crypto payment page.
Case 1: Pay the selected amount or more
The payment flow below shows what happens when you pay the selected amount or more. After the payment is processed successfully, you are automatically redirected back to the wallet page, and your wallet is credited with the selected top-up amount.
Case 2: Pay less than the selected amount
If you pay less than the selected amount, the payment provider does not redirect you automatically. You must manually return to the Trading Metrics wallet page. Your wallet is still credited with the amount you actually paid.
It is extremely important to send the selected coin on the exact chain shown on the payment page. Sending the coin on a different chain can permanently lose your funds, even if the payment amount is correct.
Subscription overview
The subscription panel shows your current package, renewal date, and included limits. The pricing below explains what is included and how yearly billing changes the total.

Trader subscription
The Trader subscription costs $29 per month and includes the following benefits:
- Unlimited trades: Add as many trades as you need to your portfolios without a trade-count limit.
- Up to 5 portfolios: Create and manage up to five portfolios under your Trading Metrics account.
- Full analytics suite: Get full access to the platform’s analytics tools. See the Analytics documentation for details about the available reports and performance views.
- Full Market screener access: Scan trading pairs across multiple brokers, compare which pairs perform better or worse, and filter the market using different criteria. Read the Market Screener part of documentation to learn more.
- 5 included alerts: Receive five alerts at no extra cost with the Trader subscription. If you need more, you can purchase an additional alerts package. See the available package options in the Portfolio subscription section on this page, and learn what you can do with alerts in the Alerts part of documentation.
- Trade journaling: Record and review your trades in the Trade Journal, including notes attached to individual trades.
- 2 members per portfolio: Every portfolio includes up to two members: the portfolio owner and one additional member. This allowance applies separately to each portfolio in your account. If you need more members, you can purchase additional seats for any portfolio through the Portfolio subscription.
Alerts subscription
The Trader subscription includes 5 alerts at no additional cost. You can add an alerts package when you need more:

Portfolio subscription
You can purchase additional seats for any portfolio in your account so more members can access and collaborate in that portfolio. Seats are added and billed independently for each portfolio, allowing you to choose the number of members needed in each one.
Payment history
The payment history table is a complete record of your past charges and billing activity. Use it to reconcile wallet activity, subscription purchases, renewals, and refunds. Each row captures:
- Created at: when the transaction was recorded
- Paid at: the settlement timestamp for the transaction
- Type: the transaction category, such as top-up, Trader, alerts, or portfolio
- Description: what was purchased and whether it was an automatic renewal or a one-time purchase
- Paid: the amount actually credited to or debited from your account, in USD
- Status: the current transaction state, which can be pending, finished, partially paid, failed/expired, refunded, superseded, or expired_stale
This gives you a reliable audit trail for subscriptions, plan upgrades, and billing-related activity.
